Exploring Work Ethic in Ghana

This paper explores the philosophical, sociological and historical basis of work-ethic in Ghana, bearing mind Marx Weber’s Protestant Work Ethic its effects on largely Christian capitalistic population Ghana. It relies normative ethics, collective national perception work actual productivity certain industries, quality made-in-Ghana goods services, pursuit professionalism, aided by extensive literature review content analysis.
